  • Temporary copies stored in RAM incidental to your own viewing<\/p><\/li>

  • Browser-cached files for display enhancement<\/p><\/li>

  • One copy of a reasonable number of pages for personal, non-commercial use<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Permitted and Prohibited Uses<\/b><\/h2>

    You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>

      3. Take full responsibility for all activity under your account<\/p><\/li>

      4. Maintain the confidentiality and security of your password<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        We may refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unlawful or harmful activity.<\/p>

        Quanlian does not directly process payment transactions.<\/p>

        Payment processing for subscription products or services may be handled by third-party payment providers.<\/p>

        Changes to the Services<\/b><\/h2>

        We may update content on our Services at any time.<\/p>

        Content may not always be complete or current, and we have no obligation to update it.<\/p>

            • That the Services will meet your expectations<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quanlian and its affiliates, licensors, partners, and employees will not<\/b><\/span> be liable for any damages of any kind, including:<\/p>

              • Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages<\/p><\/li>

              • Loss of revenue, profits, business, savings, data, goodwill<\/p><\/li>

              • Personal injury, emotional distress<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                Claims arising from your use or inability to use the Services\u2014whether based in tort, contract, or otherwise\u2014are included, even if foreseeable.<\/p>

                Indemnification<\/b><\/h2>

                You agree to defend and indemnify Quanlian and its affiliates against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:<\/p>

                • Your violation of these Terms<\/p><\/li>

                • Your misuse of the Services<\/p><\/li>

                • Unauthorized use of content or information obtained through the Services<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                  Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration<\/b><\/h2>

                  This section significantly affects your legal rights.<\/p>

                  You and Quanlian agree to resolve all disputes<\/b><\/span> related to the Services\u2014including purchases\u2014through binding arbitration<\/b><\/span>, except claims eligible for small-claims court.<\/p>

                  This includes claims under statutes such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.<\/p>

                  Arbitration Rules<\/b><\/h3>

                  • Arbitrator has exclusive authority over arbitrability<\/p><\/li>

                  • Arbitrator may award any relief available in court<\/p><\/li>

                  • Awards are final and may be enforced in court<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                    Small Claims Court<\/b><\/h3>

                    You may choose to bring your claim in small-claims court instead of arbitration by notifying us in writing.<\/p>

                    Class Action Waiver<\/b><\/h3>

                    All arbitration must be individual<\/b><\/span>.<\/p>

                    You agree that:<\/p>

                    • No class actions<\/p><\/li>

                    • No consolidated claims<\/p><\/li>

                    • No representative actions<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                      If any part of this arbitration clause is unenforceable, the remainder will still apply.<\/p>

                      Waiver and Severability<\/b><\/h2>

                      Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver of future enforcement.<\/p>

                      If a provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.<\/p>

                      Entire Agreement<\/b><\/h2>

                      These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the complete agreement between you and Quanlian regarding the Services.<\/p>

                      Additional program-specific terms (e.g., rewards program) may also apply and become part of this agreement.<\/p>
